Abstract

The biggest change during covid for students is distance learning with computer media. The length of time looking at a computer screen (screen time) is directly proportional to the length of study. It is expected that screen time will improve student academic achievement. On the other hand, excessive screen time also causes eye fatigue resulting in refractive errors. One of the efforts to correct refractive errors is the use of glasses. This study places eyeglasses as an intervening variable in the influence relationship between Screen Time and Academic Achievement. The results showed that Screen Time directly affects the use of glasses and Academic Achievement. The use of glasses does not directly affect academic achievement
