Abstract
Abstract – Globalization, competition, the development of science, knowledge and technology has change of human behaviours, with impact to of human interactions in connection to fulfil want and need. The implications of every business organization must adaptation to the change of environment, through the organization change, and to increase capacity of human resources as the important asset of organization. This article to discuss: (1) organizational change, (2) knowledge worker, (3) communication, in the contact of competitiveness.
